Lucknow, May 20 -- An Right to Information (RTI) Act activist accused both Central and State government for not taking up the law and order issues very seriously or on top priority by citing the vacant posts of IPS cadre in the State. Urvashi Sharma, a RTI activists claimed that though law & order in the state is one of the biggest issues of concern for residents and visitors of this most populous state of the country, but it is not same for the central and state government who are bothered the least for keeping crime under control. She said that all this is happening despite UP having seen innumerable riots, spurt in crimes against women and what not on continuously deteriorating law n order front.
